New member question on realtor license
Hello, I am new to this site, and look forward to networking. I am a property manager for my brother in law who lives in Raleigh, NC, but the properties we are purchasing are in Toledo, OH, where I live. I have been kicking around the idea of getting my realtor license to help with the process and make a little money as well. We like our realtor, but it seems to make sense. Does anyone have suggestions on the best way to go about that? Do I need to join a real estate agency? I would appreciate any advice that is available. Thanks again.
