Hello fellow BP goer's!

Over the last couple months, I've been exposed to HUD homes and the acquisition process. I know there is more to learn, but as I'm sure is true for everyone, my time is limited.

Similar to the "famous 4" from the podcasts; what is the best book you have read on buying HUD homes?
