Hello everyone! Hope you all are doing well this weekend! I have a question! Can someone explain me what free and clear means? And if I have a such property what steps should I take to close on it? What documents I need to prepare for this process? Who specific I need to involve in this process a title company maybe? I will appreciate your answers! Thanks
