Realtor told me....
A Realtor told me that an "investor" can not do more than three deals per year without having a license.
I live in Oregon... just fyi.
Does anyone know if this is true? Or where can I go to find out the legal language as far as real estate investing/wholesaling?
Thanks for any input!

As far as I know Samantha, if you are to do more than five flips per year in Oregon then you need a contractors license. I'm not sure how stringent the oversight is on this, and it seems like there are several ways around this. Someone else may be able to offer more insight into this.
