Bats in the Attic
I am just about to pull the trigger on my first investment property. Everything is great so far except for the fact that they used to have bats in the attic. It seems they have taken care of it and tenants say it hasn't been a problem since. Although my research tells me they will always return to they're old roosts. Has anyone out there had an issue with bats? Am I asking for trouble purchasing this property? The price is right and I feel good about everything else but this. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
