Need investor friendly realtor for Capital district, Albany NY

Hello everyone! I have an unconventional duplex on 1.5 acres in the Schenectady/Albany area.  My previous realtor wants to sell it as owner occupied.  I have tenants in the duplex -take excellent care of it and would like to live there forever.  I am hoping if I find the appropriate realtor who mostly works with investors this can happen. Please let me know if you know of anyone in the area!
