@Fannie Hood If nobody is buying then either you do not have a deal or you are asking the wrong people. What about it makes it a good deal?If you do not know, it might be beneficial for you to ask the investors you work with why they are passing. What is their criteria? Do you understand how they evaluate property?

Thanks everyone for your replies!! I sadly had to walk away, but I thought it was a deal just from the comps in the area, equity in the home already as well as updates and being a ready rental. It wasnt so much a wholesale but a rental. I don't think I asked the right people. So from this Im learning, im going back to the drawing board and seeing what I could have done differently.

I agree with @Brie Schmidt get feedback from the buyers. Might have to get more buyers in the property for a look.
