I have just started looking at different real estate action sites.  Has anyone had experience with Homesearch.com?  Any advice on this process?  One of things I am wondering about is if there are services that offer quick turnaround title search on prospective properties.  Also, does the law require to disclose any title or physical issues with auctioned properties?
