General Real Estate Agent Feedback.

Hello Everyone I am new to this site however not new to the business. I have been an agent for years and decided years ago I would not become an investor yet due to the fact that i did not see how I could successfully be an investor if 99% of my business is with investors. Now the market is changing and I am always looking to learn more and find betters ways to assist my customers with there investment decisions. 

My question is how could your agent be of more assistance to you as an investor. Most successful Investors use real estate agents in there network due to the fact that if you find a good one, we can be worth our weight in gold but every investor still wants to do there own analysis. Part of our job is to save you the time and effort of doing the analysis yourself. So how can we be of more assistance, How could an Agent WOW you as an Investor.
