Hello BP community.  I somehow got a lead for a property in North Huntingdon, PA (about 30m southeast of Pittsburgh) through my website (I invest in the DFW market).  I'd like to get this lead in the hands of a pro up there who could use it and keep in line with the quality of business our seller expects!  This is a lower end property that will need some rehab.  Seller has equity.  Let me know!
