Making offers on 5 properties tomorrow.

We got a call off of our DM campaign that has the potential to make us a good deal of money if we want to put in the work. 

They have 5 properties total. 

One has a long term tenant that wants to stay/buy - we are thinking owner finance

One is boarded up. - getting inside tomorrow and would be a wholesale

One has a family member squatting in it. - this could be a good flip

One just had a tenant move out.  - Great wholesale

Last one needs minimal repairs.  - Possible rental to keep

They tried listing the properties twice but didn't like any of the Real Estate agents.
