mortgages
so if my partner is out of state and he is the credit, any mortgage company would cover wherever state we wanted to buy in. Yes, no. Also with an fha to buy a property that needs some repairs would it be useful if the repairs are coming out of pocket or would they not allow the purchase because it does need repairs? Thanks
