Hey guys, I wanted to open up this discussion about mobile real estate. I have been investing in real estate for about 2 years now but actually started with mobile real estate (iphone apps) it is the same kind of concept. Purchase an app and make money monthly from it through In-app purchases and advertising.

I have created a portfolio of 600+ apps which I look at as Mobile Real estate that I am renting out that continues to generate revenue. My ROI has been insane. Some apps I post cost $300 and bring in thousands.

has anyone else tried mobile app real estate out? If so, how's it working for you?
