Recommendation on buyers agents in AZ

I have a realtor who is great at what he does. However he is not an investor nor does he believe in real estate investing. I feel like we both speak different languages. I'm having a very difficult time finding the right investor. I need help. I live ok Surprise AZ. Can someone please direct me in the right direction? Thank you very much in advance:)
