Real Estate Agent Referral fees
Random thought: Has anyone considered this question?
"Why is is it illegal to pay an unlicensed individual a referral fee for a lead?"
A referral is not representing anyone through agency. We know it's "the law", but why was it created in the first place?
Is it just another protectionist law for the real estate industry?
