Tax reporting software/sites?

Hi everyone...I'm considering making a purchase of a buy and hold property by borrowing from a family member.  I want to establish a mortgage and have had no trouble finding amortization tables.  I'm wondering if there's a way for my family member to print an annual interest statement for tax purposes. I use sparkrent to process rent payments. Is there a similar way to send my mortgage payments and provide tax documents to both me and my lender?
