Skip Tracing

Hey everyone,

I know this has been discussed some in previous posts, but I wanted to know if anyone has a particular skip tracing service they would recommend? How much does it cost per lead, do you get price break for volume of business, and does the service you use limit the use of the information they give you?

I ask this because I recently started my first letter campaign (FINALLY!!) and have received several returned letters with no information on a forwarding address. The leads I am mailing to come from driving for dollars when I am out looking at other houses, so I know they are good leads and I don't want to miss out on a good deal because of my lack of follow up...

Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated!
