Someone called me off one of my ads wanting to sell their house and land in Pilot Point, TX.  33 acres with a nice 3000 sq ft. house and big barn.  Comps suggest it would sell around $500K.  He said he would take $424K just to be able to move on.  Not a fixer upper, but it might be a good deal to buy and retail and make some money or if anyone is just interested in some land and a nice house in Pilot Point, TX.  Contact me if interested.
