Hello Everyone,

I am new to the Northern California market and wanted to get some feedback on desirable areas to purchase a fix and flip or a buy and hold property. I know the areas of Marin, Sonoma and Napa are desirable but I want to stay between $200k and $400k which limits me in the bay area. Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated.
