LLC income for purposes of refinancing

Good day! 

I have the opportunity to be invested in an LLC with some RE holdings, as well as a significant loan that secures them. If my income from this investment is shown as a profit from the LLC, will a lender see the loan held by the LLC, and will it be held against my DTI for future purchases?
