What's fair price to pay for quality photos of remote properties?

Hello BP Nation, 

I have started soliciting help getting photographs of potential properties that are in different states than I reside.  Curious to know what would be a fair price to offer someone local to potential property to go out, take photos and email me.  I appreciate any suggestions.
