Old house and evaluating foundation issues

hi all, I am buying my 2nd property. It's a 40 year old all brick ranch on a slab foundation.  Our offer was accepted , but the home inspection revealed some cracks on the outside wall.  There are some hairline cracks on the inside walls above the doors.  I was concerned and I am getting a structural engineer for inspection.  So, what are my options if he thinks there are some issues

1. Negotiate a price reduction for the repair costs

2. Walk away

3. Buy and fix it later ?

Price 135k, rental potential $1100

Looking forward to hear your thoughts on this
