Anyone have a spreadsheet that can help me with this?

Hello I looked in resources but cannot find anything that exactly fits what I am looking for. Any help with a spreadsheet that can do any of the below requirements would be greatly appreciated.

-I want to evaluate a property from both a fix and flip perspective and a rent and hold strategy (doesnt have to be the same sheet).

-I want to be able to input my tax rate and get return after mortgage interest and other tax deductions.

-I do not like that the spreadsheets I have calculated return on equity from accrued equity based on the purchase price of the property.  Are there any sheets that will calculate my ROE as I toggle the date and amount of sale?

-I want a sheet that gives me total return for rentals after projected annual cashflows and a future sale price assumption.

I recommend building your own.   I do.  You really need to understand all the math to be sure you understand the results.
