Wood or laminate floors?
So we're in Souther California and Sout Orange County to be more specific. In the process of remodeling a 5bd 3ba 3,000 sq ft home that should sell for @ 825K when refurbished. Question is whether we should install the highes end laminate (looks great and more durable) or engineered/solid wood (looks great but less durable).?
Thanks a million!
Mike
