Hi All,

Just wanted to start a discussion on foreclosures and any issues you guys might have had with regards to investing and/or dealing with foreclosures.  Would love to especially hear about any concerns you guys have?  What do you wish you would have known prior to investing in foreclosures?  What's the major pitfalls you've seen or stop you?
