I am planning to begin investing using the subject to method of acquisition for long term rental portfolio. I need an attorney or title company in Maryland that is comfortable with and experienced in closing acquisition using Subject-to and land trusts. Please advise...

I would try Sue Greer, an attorney at Title Professionals in La Plata, MD.  I don't know if they do what you're asking but they seem very able to find solutions.
