How to look up the owner (name, address) for one specific property

Hi all, 

I've found a good property in my area I'm interested in buying, and I know form the neighbors that the guy would be interested in selling, but doesn't think its worth it. Where is there a website that I can plug an address into and get ownership information and so forth? Thanks.
