I am trying to find in inherited properties leads in FL counties. Does any one know about documents filed at County clerk website for transfer of properties. Quit claim and warranty deeds I understand some of them.

Thanks for the help.

You can find those leads at probate court. Contact your local county and find out where their probate court is. Then you can go there speak to a clerk and they will let you know how to find current cases. This will allow you to look at the minutes and recorded information that will have the contact info for the next of kin. If you have any more questions about this feel free to contact me.
