What type of trust?

Here is the situation.  I'm partnering with a colleague who is a realtor. He has a property listed (it is a short sale). I will need to be the one that makes the offer because he has it listed.   What type of trust would be best used so we can make the offer without the bank seeing his name, but so the hard money lender will see that he is involved with the deal?

Thanks,

Joe
