Buying as an agent
Hi. New to the community. I am in the process of completing my real estate classes so I can take the CA realtor exam next year. My question is regarding purchasing a personal property once I am an licensed agent.
Will I be able to represent myself in the transaction? If so, how does commission work. Will I be entitled to receive buyer's agent fee if it's a transaction for myself?
Thanks in advance for your feedbacks.
