Can I, a buyer to cancel a commercial estate purchase (escrow) in CA in certain days?
Does the "17-day contingency period" apply to commercial estate purchase in CA?
I just signed a commercial land division purchase contract a couple days ago with paying about ~5% deposit. During the sign process, the agent did not inform me the loan rate they offer me is very high 15.9%. I discovered it later and request to cancel it. She asked the company and said no.
I would highly appreciate any recommendation if possible to cancel the transaction and get my deposit back.
Thanks a lot!
