hello everyone, over the past 5 to 6 years i have had a buffet of good fix and flip deals primarily in dekalb(lithonia, stone mtn, decatur, ellenwood).generally buying at 30 to 50 k rehabbing and selling at 75 to 90 k.looks like those deals have all but dried up so i am looking to expand into different markets in metro atl (gwinnett, cobb, henry, douglas, fulton etc).i am searching for deals under 100 k.any advice from other experienced investors having success in the the metro atl market-any feedback is greatly appreciated.i pretty much have unlimted access to capital (12 free and clear rentals)-just need to find good deas.any good wholesalers, birddogs that you guys would recommend
