Starting my company in real estate investing. Wanted to form an entity (llc), and get my ein. Well i talked to a friend accountant who advised me not to create an 'investment' company, instead just a remodeling company. Her reason for this was that in that case i will avoid the whole hassle with the SEC regulations. Any input on this topic would be great. What do u have as your company? Thanx in advance
