All,

Is anyone thoroughly familiar with purchasing abandoned properties?  For instance, after locating a property owner who lives out of state what are the next steps to have title to the property? (Making an offer? Title Transfer? Transfer of funds? Any possible Fees?)

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
