Market for Buying w/o an agent consulting

Do you think there is a market for providing consulting services for investors/buyers buying without an agent? It would allow you to pay only for the information you get and no commission, so you'd probably end up paying less than $500 in hourly consulting fees on a typical sale, compared to tens of thousands with an agent.
