Good Afternoon everyone, I put an offer on a duplex that is new construction and not a year old yet. The seller is wanting to sell it for 189,000 and it's a 2 bed room 2 bath with about 1250 sqft per side. He wants to pay up to 2250 on closing close. I plan on living in on side and rent the other. The both side are rented as of now. And I plan on closing in oct so the other side will b vacant. Just wanting to know do tho sound like a good deal to get into to now.
