Closing lawyers in Erie Pa

I cant find one to close on anything creative, Ive called and emailed a bunch and want to even close on a land contract deal, let alone a sub2. Anyone know of anyone near Erie Pa who would close these deals? Looks like I might have to do kitchen table closes or something, which Id be ok with if I knew how!
