I wanted see how investors respond to a section 8 rental with a 10 year tenant.Does having a 10 year tenant make this deal more valuable to you as a long term investor. In the current market do investors seek out long term rentals above vacant rentals to invest in?Please review my long term property for sale and give me feed back.

I have a $1,200 a month section 8 rental house for sale.Tenant is or 10 years and 1 month in the home.

If anyone has interest please email me.

Section 8 pays $958 a month

tenant pays $241.00 a month.

Just passed the June,2nd,2014 inspection.

What is the market today for long term rentals?
