Buying/ selling land-quick return strategies

Does anyone have any info on where you can go to find out which states/ counties have high land sales? I'm going into tax deeds so I know which deed states I want to invest in (NY, PA), but I'd like to know if there are places that have higher land sales where I can easily market and sale off land. Is also like to know some effectivebstartegoes on selling lots within cities rather than rural areas.
