Ohio Mortgage Broker Recommendations

I'm looking for a referral to a good mortgage broker who can work with lease option or land contract buyers and check credit, assess their ability to qualify for a mortgage down the road, help qualify them, and possibly help out with credit repair.

Must be able to do business in Ohio, but can be located anywhere.
