On the water, under water in Bmore!!
I met with a seller today of two pieces of waterfront property in Baltimore county. The property/properties are side by side, and can be sold individually or bundled. The issue is, there is a delapotated apartment on one (with a tenant) and a very delapotated bar/restaurant on the other. I know the sounds like a none issue, but there aren't any properties for mile that are similar, so I can't generate a relative cma. The seller seems pretty eager to sell but has done zero listing, so I should be able to negotiate good price and wholesale it. I know what he paid in 1988 but that's obviously not relative now. Any help is greatly appreciated, and if someone local looking for a joint venture, I'd be interested. Thanks
