Looking to Partner with Investor in Columbus, OH region

Any active investors in the Columbus, OH region? I have several leads and I'm looking to partner with other investors in the region.

The only thing I ask is that you're ACTIVE and doing deals in the market today. I have a mix of leads (wholesale, owner finance, sub2, lease option), so I'm looking to connect with different types of investors. Of course, if you're a transaction engineer who can work any deal type, that's even better.
