First attempt at buying a FSBO
I have purchased four rental properties (all multi-family) in the last two years but they have all been MLS properties. I am now considering buying a non-listed house in my area without the assistance of a real estate agent. Can anyone give me some tips or things to look out for with FSBO? What forms should I use? How do I keep it legal and protect myself from liability? I do plan to use a local title company for title/escrow services.
Thank you!
