I have a buyer who is selling 3 properties at a great discount but I am having trouble finding a private lender. I am new to real estate and even though I read a ton on how to make deals work, I am still learning. I don't have the initial money that the private investors want to kick out the deal. So what would you all suggest? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
