where to sell real estate leads?

I own a property management company and have a considerable amount of clients who has section 8 tenants occupying their units. About 80% of them are open to selling with property and with the section 8 tenant.

I have over 50 properties that can be sold so the list is pretty much a hot list. Along with the people who are kinda interested with is over 300 properties.

My question is, where would be a good place to start to market these leads?
