need to sell investment condos

I need to sell three condos in [REMOVED]. These condos are all two bedroom, two bath aprox 1100sf and rent very well, and cash flow very well. I have owned them for quite a few years and never had trouble renting them. The condo complex is all investor owned so with all the new Fannie/Freddie rules I will need a cash investor. I would be willing to sell them at a very attractive price and they say everything has a selling price how do you find out what that price point is?What is everyone's opinion on the best way to find an investor and get them sold.... there is no shortage of RE agents who will list them but I need an investor. I am new to this site and been enjoying reading it and do not want to use it in the wrong way as a classified ad. But if anyone has knowledge of the [REMOVED] area I would be interested in hearing your thoughts.

thanks
