I came across this link and thought you all might be interested. Many of the so-called "fraudulent" activities are things that honest investors on Bigger Pockets do to make money, such as flipping, wholesaling, subject-to financing... It also includes ways they tell if you're trying to get financing at owner-occupant rates for a rental (which I understand is tempting, but don't do it!).
