The market buy/hold -Market reset?
I have been listening to the bigger pockets podcast for around a month now and doing some research on the site. I've come up with a few questions that I need help with.
I'm looking to get into the buy/hold part of reale-state to start cash flow I have 1 3/2 currently under my belt and I'm having a hard time trying to find deals now. I find that ALOT of investors on the podcast started in the 2009-2011 getting really good deals and is a lot easier to start making cash flow before than it is now. I haven't really heard them talk about buy/holds in the 2014 market. I've noticed the market is back up around 80% of what it used to be in 2006. Is it still worth to get into the buy/hold? (I'm in florida around orlando area)
Is there going to be another reset in the market or are we in for the long haul?
Any advice would be great!!!
