I'm a CA Realtor and fix and flip investor. Deals are getting thinner and I'm see that the buyer's real estate agent is making almost as much commission as I am profit. My average ARV is $565K and buyer's agent commission is 2.5% of that.

Does anybody have advice for FSBO my properties. thank you
