Determining the value of land lots

Does anyone have any experience determining raw land values. I'm looking to wholesale a 2 acre lot in Farmington, Michigan and I don't know how to determine if it is a good deal or not.

It used to have an old house on it but that was torn down to build new construction Any ideas or suggestions?
